Adam Pallone joined the Quinnipiac staff in July 2008. He came to Quinnipiac following a pair of stints at Trinity (Conn.) College, while also gaining experience at Syracuse University and with the New Haven County Cutters baseball team. Pallone's first professional experience came with the Cutters after earning his bachelor's degree in athletic training from Central Connecticut State University. In New Haven, Pallone was responsible for the daily treatment and rehabilitation of injuries for the independent Northeast League organization's 22 active-roster players.

He then completed an internship at Trinity College, where his primary sport responsibilities included men's soccer, wrestling, baseball, men's and women's tennis, men's and women's squash, men's and women's swimming and diving, women's ice hockey and women's lacrosse. Pallone went on to serve two years at Syracuse, gaining experience with the Orange football, men's and women's swimming and diving and men's lacrosse programs, while earning his master's degree in exercise science.

In 2007-08, Pallone returned to Trinity to serve as Assistant Athletic Trainer. In addition to working with the 2008 Division III National Champion Trinity baseball team, his primary sport responsibilities included men's and women's soccer, wrestling, men's ice hockey, men's and women's swimming and diving and men's and women's track and field.

Pallone has been NATA-BOC certified since 2004, is licensed by the State of Connecticut, certified by the American Heart Association BLS for the Healthcare Provider (CPR/AED) and is a University of Connecticut Approved Clinical Instructor. He's also a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association, Eastern Athletic Trainers' Association and Connecticut Athletic Trainers' Association.
