Tracey Flynn is entering her ninth year as Associate Athletic Director/Senior Women's Administrator at Quinnipiac University. Flynn is responsible for maintaining Quinnipiac's overall NCAA compliance and eligibility program, as well as overseeing academic support for student-athletes. She also oversees all rules education programs, interpretations, and procedures of NCAA legislation for Quinnipiac's 21 Division I programs.
In addition, she also coordinates all efforts by Quinnipiac's Student Athlete Advisory Committee (S.A.A.C.). In 2008, Flynn was awarded the prestigious Quinnipiac "Center of Excellence" award for her service to students.
Flynn came to Quinnipiac from the University of Maine, where she served in the same capacity since April, 1997. Prior to her stint at Maine, Flynn was also an Assistant A.D./SWA at Fairfield University for nearly 10 years.
A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Flynn earned a B.A. in Communications. She added a master's degree in education from UConn and a M.B.A. from Fairfield University.
