Field Hockey To Honor Five On Senior Day Against Bryant On Sunday, Oct. 23

Quinnipiac will honor five Bobcats prior to the start of Sunday's Northeast Conference match-up against Bryant as part of Senior Day. The Bobcats will honor Kimberly Cunniff, Ashley Gradwell, Maria Malonoski, Megan McCreedy and Kaitlyn Notarianni prior to the start of the game. 


All-Time Against Bryant
Quinnipiac and Bryant has squared-off just twice since the Bulldogs joined the Northeast Conference in 2009. The Bulldogs were victorious in both games played in Smithfield, R.I. This is the first meeting between the two teams on Quinnipiac's home turf.

Bryant enters the weekend with a record of 7-9 overall and 1-4 in the Northeast Conference. Rosie Bird leads Bryant with 13 goals and 27 points while Emily Charpentier carries a team-high six assists.

Milestones
Megan McCreedy had three assists in Friday's 6-1 win against Siena, giving her a career-best 12 assists for the year and tying her with current assistant Jaime Cassesse for the most in a single-season by a Bobcat player. McCreedy also increased her career total to 24, putting her in a tie for the most in program history with Courtney Ryan '03.

Kaitlyn Notarianni entered Friday's game trailing Kimberly Cunniff by one career point, with Notarianni sitting at 48 while Cunniff was at 49. With Quinnipiac's third goal of regulation, Notarianni leap-frogged Cunniff to become the 7th player in program history to reach the 50-point mark. Not to be outdone, Cunniff scored twice in the second half to become the 8th player in Quinnipiac history to hit the half-century mark.
