Conn. - The Quinnipiac University men's basketball team visited
with students at the Achievement First Bridgeport Academy Friday
morning. The team spoke with the students to encourage them to
continue to achieve in the classroom and answered questions about
issues ranging from the classroom to the basketball court.
Men's Basketball Visits Achievement First Bridgeport Academy
"It was a pleasure to interact with the young students at the Achievement First Bridgeport Academy," said Quinnipiac Head Coach Tom Moore. "It was a great opportunity for our players to understand the impact they can have as role models in the community. We'd like to thank Judy Andrews and the entire faculty at Achievement First Bridgeport Academy for inviting us and providing their students with such a unique opportunity."
