Men's Basketball Coaches Take Part In "Shots From The Heart"

The tournament is structured in that participants are awarded one point for each made free throw of the first 20 attempted, two points for made free throws in attempts 21-24, and three points for a make on the 25th attempt.
Moore was defeated by Drake's Mark Phelps in the first round. Phelps finished with 27 points, including 19 of the first 20 free throws and four straight from shots 21-24. Moore made 12 of his first 20 free throws, 3-of-4 from shots 21-24, and the 25th shot for a total of 21 points.
Eaton defeated Providence's Kevin Gamble, 30-27, in the assistant coaches bracket. The only shot Eaton missed was the 17th of his round, while Gamble made all but shots 2, 15, 17 and 19. Eaton now moves on to the second round, where he'll face Drake's Kareem Richardson, who posted a perfect score of 31 points in a first round victory against Wisconsin's Greg Gard.
