Also awarded the team’s 7th Player Award, given to an individual who has shown the most growth as a member of the men’s ice hockey team in his time at Quinnipiac,  the Coaches Award, given to the student-athlete who exemplifies everything that Quinnipiac men’s hockey embodies, and the inaugural Academic Award for carrying the team’s highest grade-point average…He reached personal-bests in goals (13), assists (14) and points (27)…Had a goal and an assist against Union at the Mutual of Omaha Stampede in a 6-5 loss on Oct. 17...Had one assist against AIC on Oct. 18 in a 4-1 win...Had one assist in a 4-1 win over Connecticut on  11/1...Had one assist in 4-2 win over Clarkson on 11/18...Scored against St. Lawrence in a 5-2 win on 11/22...Scored once against Providence in a 5-2 win on 12/5...Had an assist in Quinnipiac’s 4-3 win over Merrimack on 12/29 at the Toyota UConn Hockey Classic...Scored twice in Quinnipiac’s 5-2 win over Harvard on 1/2... Suited up in all 40 games for the Bobcats...Emerged as one of the team’s top penalty killers...An ECAC Hockey All-Academic Team selection...Capped off the year with 19 points (eight goals, 11 assists)...Netted two short-handed goals...Scored his first collegiate point on an assist in the win over Robert Morris on 10/14...Netted his first collegiate goal, a short-handed tally, in the tie with RPI on 11/4...Scored one goal and set up another in the tie with RPI on 12/8...Registered an assist in the win at Princeton on 1/6...Scored his second short-handed goal of the year and added an assist in the win over Brown on 1/12...Found the back of the net for the second night in a row in the win at Yale on 1/13...Scored two goals and assisted on another in the weekend series at Niagara on 1/19–20...Had a goal in Friday’s game and a goal and an assist in Saturday’s contest...Named ECAC Hockey Rookie of the Week for his efforts in the series at Niagara...Assisted on a goal in the win over Holy Cross on 1/28... Before Quinnipiac:

Played four seasons with the Bonnyville Pontiacs of the Alberta Junior Hockey League...Closed the 2005–06 season with 65 points (25 goals, 40 assists) in just 50 games...Notched 44 points (25 goals, 19 assists) in 2004–05 and 54 points (23 goals, 31 assists) in 2003–04...Finished his Bonnyville career with 166 points (73 goals, 93 assists)...Member of the AJHL All-Star Team.
