No. 18 Men's Ice Hockey Completes Two-Game Set At Robert Morris Tonight
The No.
18 Quinnipiac University men's ice hockey team will take on Robert
Morris University in the second game of a two-game series against
the Colonials at the Clearview Arena at the RMU Island Sports
Center in Pittsburgh, Pa. Quinnipiac improved to 4-0-0 on Friday,
Oct. 30 with a 5-0 win against RMU and will hit the ice at 7:05
p.m. tonight.
With the win last night, Quinnipiac improves to 34-0-3 in their
last 37 games when heading into the third period with a lead. It's
been almost as long since the Bobcats gave up a three-goal lead in
a game and will look to get to their second best start in
Quinnipiac's Division I history.
Yuri Bouharevich, Greg Holt, Jean-Marc Beaudoin and Brett Dickinson scored their first goals of the season, while Scott Zurevinski added his third of the year. Zurevinski and Beaudoin each added an assist, while Eric Lampe and Mike Atkinson both had two assists in the win.
In goal, Eric Hartzell improved to 2-0-0 with a 20-save shutout, the first of the 6-4 freshman's career.
