The No. 7/8 Quinnipiac University men's ice hockey team will host
American International College on Saturday, Dec. 12 at 4 p.m. at
the TD Bank Sports Center in Hamden, Conn. The Bobcats are coming
off a 1-1 tie against Holy Cross on Thursday, Dec. 10 and currently
stand at 12-3-1. American International is 2-13-1 on the season.
Following the game, Quinnipiac will host a "Skate With The Bobcats"
event where all children in attendance are invited to hit-the-ice
with the nationally-ranked men's ice hockey team.

against American International and will be joined alongside by
color commentator Todd Carroll.
All-Time Against American International
Quinnipiac is 21-9-2 all-time against American International,
dating back to the first meeting between the two teams on Nov. 18,
1984. AIC won seven of the first nine meetings between the two
teams with the Bobcats posting a 1-7-1 record against the Yellow
Jackets over that span. Since then, Quinnipiac is 20-2-1 against
AIC, including 10 straight wins. The Yellow Jackets last win
against Quinnipiac fell on Feb. 7, 2004. Quinnipiac is 13-3-2
all-time against AIC on its home ice, including a 2-0-0 mark at the
TD Bank Sports Center.
Scouting The Yellow Jackets
American International is currently 2-13-1 on the season, and have
lost its last seven games. The Yellow Jackets' last win came on
Nov. 14 with a 2-0 decision against Army. Adam Pleskach leads AIC
in goals (8) and points (12). Mike Little is the team's assist
leader with seven in 16 games played. In goal, Dan Ramirez and Ben
Meisner have split time for the Yellow Jackets, both appearing in
eight games. Both goalies tote identical .901 save percentages,
while Ramirez is 0-7-1 with a 3.62 goals-against average while
Meisner is 2-5-0 with a 3.48 GAA.

Quinnipiac tied Holy Cross on Thursday, Dec. 10, 1-1, at the Hart
Center in Worcester, Mass. Greg Holt scored an unassisted goal
midway through the first period.
Milestone Marker
Brandon Wong became the 11th player in Quinnipiac history, as well
as the sixth at the Division I level, to reach the 60-goal mark
with a marker against Brown on Saturday, Dec. 5.
Impressive Information
Wong is one of two active players in NCAA Division I hockey, to
score 60 goals and assist on 60 more for his career. St. Cloud
State's Ryan Lasch has totaled 68 goals and 80 assists for his
career. Wong is also second among active career scoring leaders. He
is one of five players in the nation to score 50 goals and assist
on 50 more for his career.
Three With 30 And 30
For their careers, Jean-Marc Beaudoin (34 goals, 45 assists), Eric
Lampe (43-43) and Brandon Wong (60-64) have all reached the
30-goal, 30-assist mark. The trio makes Quinnipiac one of seven
teams in NCAA Division I hockey to feature three players with at
least 30 goals and 30 assists for their career.

Has Awoken
Wong became the first Quinnipiac player this season to score two
goals in back-to-back games, scoring twice against UMass on Nov. 28
and twice against Yale on Dec. 4. He leads Quinnipiac with nine
multiple-point games and is one of three Bobcats, along with Eric
Lampe and Jeremy Langlois, with two multiple-goal games.
