The Quinnipiac men's ice hockey team will look to even their ECAC Hockey Quarterfinal series against Cornell on Saturday, March 12 at 7 p.m. at Lynah Rink in Ithaca, N.Y. Cornell took the first game of the series, 2-1, on Friday, March 11 on the Big Red's home ice. A win by the Bobcats would force a third and deciding game on Sunday, March 13 at 7 p.m. The winner of the series will advance to the ECAC Hockey Championships next weekend at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, N.J.

Scott Zurevinski (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan) scored the Bobcats' only goal of the game on a pass from Russell Goodman (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan). The goal was Zurevinski's 13th of the year while Goodman tallied his ninth assist. Cornell's Joe Devin scored both of Cornell's goals, one coming on the power play. Quinnipiac's Dan Clarke (Belleville, Ontario) stopped 25 of the Big Red's 27 shots on goal for the night.
