Quinnipiac senior Kellen Jones was highlighted on EdmontonOilers.com's "Future Watch". Jones was selected in the seventh round of the 2010 draft by the Oilers prior to joining the Bobcats.
Jones was announced as one of two Quinnipiac players, along with twin brother Connor, nominated for the 2014 Hobey Baker Memorial Award. The duo reached the 100-point mark this season, becoming the 31st and 32nd players in Quinnipiac history to do so. Kellen currently leads the Bobcats in assists (19) while also scoring 14 goals for 33 points for the year. For his career, he has accumulated 118 points (T19th at Quinnipiac all-time), on the strength of 49 goals (T18th) and 69 assists (22nd).
