As a Junior in 2014:
- 2014 MAAC All-Academic Team
- Tied for the team-lead with seven appearances for the Bobcats
- Put together an impressive junior campaign, finishing at least third on the team in five-of-seven events in 2014
- Was the fastest Bobact in his first two appearances of the season, a new career-best after having finished second on the team once prior to his junior campaign
- Started the season with his second career Top 10 result, placing 6th overall (1st on the team) at the Stony Brook Invitational (8/30) with a time of 19:21.42
- Again led the team for a second striaght time, placing 13th overall (1st on the team) at the Monmouth Invitational (9/20) with a time of 27:06.4
- Put together a 46th place finish (5th on the team) at the Paul Short Run (10/4) with a time of 25:56
- Finished the New England Championships (10/11) in 87th place overall (4th on the team), clocking in at 25:40.73
- Rattled off a streak of three straight meets to end the season in which he finished as the 3rd-fastest Bobcat
- Placed 44th overall (3rd on the team) at the CCSU Mini Meet (10/24) with a time of 15:44.72
- Impressed at the MAAC Championship (10/31), finishing 24th overall (3rd on the team) as he crossed the line in 26:14.55
- Wrapped up the season finishing 111th overall (3rd on the team) at the NCAA Regionals (11/14) from Van Cortlandt Park with a time of 32:23.2 

As a Sophomore in 2013:
- 2013 MAAC All-Academic Team
- Was one of the Bobcats’ most consistent runners all season, finishing no worse than fourth-best on the team and posting a season-best second place among Quinnipiac runners at the NCAA Regionals
- Improved dramatically at the end of the season where he posted two straight results in which he was third-best on the team before posting the second-best time at the season’s conclusion
- Began the year with his first career Top 10 finish as he placed 9th overall at the Stony Brook Invitational on Aug. 31 with a time of 19:41.25
- Finished the Bryant Invitational on Sept. 7 in 21st place with a time of 16:30
- Posted back-to-back results in which he was the third-best on the team starting with the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 21 (110th overall, 27:39.53) and the Paul Short Invitational (102nd, 27:05)
- Crossed the line in 26:42 at the New England Championships on Oct. 12
- Placed 64th at the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 25 with a time of 16:12.04
- Mensher placed 33rd at the MAAC Championships on Nov. 1, third-best on the Bobcats, with a time of 27:20.22
- Rounded out the season with a career-best second place among Bobcats at the NCAA Regionals on Nov. 15 with a time of 33:33.9

As a Freshman in 2012:
- Another member of the strong Bobcat freshman contingent that helped carry the team all season
- Finished a season-high fourth among Quinnipiac runners three times out of six total races
- Kicked off his rookie year with a 13th place result out of 63 runners with a time of 20:20.74 in the Stony Brook Invitational

- Picked up another fourth place finish among Bobcat runners the following week at the Nassaney Memorial Race in which he ran the 8k in 27:16.7 which was good enough for 41st place overall
- Navigated through a crowded field of 283 runners in the Paul Short Invitational to finish in 27:25, good for 149th place
- Finished the New England Championships with a personal-best time of 26:37.17 and also earned the fourth-fastest time among Quinnipiac runners
- Competed in the NEC Championships on Oct. 27 wherein he clocked in at 26:45.42 and finished in 35th place out of 89 total runners
- Capped his rookie year with a time of 33:46.8 in the 10k NCAA Regional event

Before Quinnipiac:
- Graduated from Tolland High School in Conn.
- Ran varsity indoor and outdoor track as well as cross country
- Named team captain for his senior season
- Named to the All-State team for his senior year as well
- Helped guide Tolland to three Cross Country Class M Championships
- Also helped the team in winning Cross Country MM Championship, Cross Country State Open Championship, and Outdoor Track Class MM Championship while attending Tolland
