As a Red-Shirt Sophomore: The Bobcats’ offensive catalyst all season came back from an injury plagued 2012 season and finished with a banner year in 2013…Quinnipiac’s main backstop for all of 2013 finished with a .322 batting average (48-for-149) to go along with 12 home runs and a single-season program record 44 RBI…She led the Northeast Conference in both home runs and RBI and also belted three grand slams throughout the 2013 season…For her efforts at the plate, Paolucci was recognized with All-NEC First Team honors for the second time in her career and also became just the second Bobcat ever to earn a spot on the NFCA All-Region Team, making it as a Second Team honoree at the designated player position…In addition to her power numbers, she finished with a .401 on-base percentage, .611 slugging percentage and also tallied a hit in over 90 percent of the team’s games which also included a home run in nearly 23 percent of the 2013 slate…Her defense at the backstop position also shined as she gunned down 29.2 percent of would-be base stealers during the year…Paolucci started the year off with a 2-for-2 day with one run home and two runs scored against UNC Greensboro (2/23)…Picked up a double and walk against Drexel (2/24)…Singled and recorded one RBI in back-to-back games on March 1…Went 2-for-4 with one triple and one run against Loyola Marymount (3/2)…Started a stretch of seven straight games with at least one RBI on March 9 that lasted through March 15…Went 2-for-4 with one RBI against St. Joseph’s (3/9)…Homered against Central Michigan (3/10)…Singled twice and knocked in a run against SIUE (3/10)…Belted her first of three grand slams against a 2012 College World Series opponent in South Florida (3/12)..Picked up another home run against UT-Chattanooga to go along with two runs scored and two RBI (3/13)…Singled and drove in a run against Maine (3/15)…Smashed her second grand slam of the season against Colgate (3/16)…Went 3-for-6 over a two-game span against Dartmouth and Cornell…Went 2-for-3 with a three-run home run against Monmouth (3/29)…Crushed the ball over a three-game span where she batted .556 (5-for-9) with two home runs and eight RBI…Started the stretch with a 2-for-3 day against LIU Brooklyn with one home run, three RBI and two runs scored (4/6)…Continued the hot streak with another 2-for-3 with one double, two RBI, one run, one walk and one stolen base against Mount St. Mary’s (4/7)…Kept the streak going with a three-run home run against Mount St. Mary’s in game two of a doubleheader (4/7)…Recorded a hit in five straight games and nine out of 10 overall throughout the middle of April…Started the streak with a 1-for-2 day (two walks) with that one hit being a big three-run homer against Wagner (4/13)…Picked up a base knock with one RBI and one run scored against Wagner (4/13)…Singled twice, homered and drove in two in a two-game set against Sacred Heart (4/14)…Tallied two singles against Fairfield (4/16)…Singled and scored a run against Harvard (4/18)…Slammed the game-winning grand slam in the eighth inning of a 4-0 win against Fairleigh Dickinson (4/20)…Picked up an RBI single with a run scored against Bryant (4/27)…Went 2-for-4 with one double against CCSU in a two-game doubleheader (4/28)…Singled and picked up an RBI against Manhattan (5/2)…Went 2-for-3 against Robert Morris with one walk (5/4)…Finished the year strong with a 5-for-6 stretch over a two-game doubleheader against St. Francis U with two runs, one double, one home run and two RBI (5/5).

As a Freshman: Made 57 appearances and 55 starts in her first year with the Bobcats…Led the team with a .351 batting average, 40 runs and 36 RBI…Ranked third for Quinnipiac with 24 runs and three doubles…Collected a team and league-leading 106 total bases on the year…Broke the Quinnipiac single-season home run record with 15 season home runs, which also ranked first among the Bobcats and NEC competition…Led Quinnipiac with a .702 slugging percentage and .497 on-base percentage…Stole 10-of-11 bases…Was named the 2011 NEC Rookie of the Year…Was selected to the All-NEC first team…Received Akadema/NEC Rookie of the Week titles twice during her freshman year, on May 2 and April 11…Also made one appearance at the mound.
