The sophomore guard led Quinnipiac in both of its games over the weekend in Vanderbilt's annual tournament. Barron led the Bobcats with 11 points and six assists against the University of Southern California on Sunday afternoon. In addition, she pulled-down four rebounds and made one block in the game. In Friday's match-up against nationally ranked Vanderbilt, Barron scored eight points, collected two assists, a rebound and a steal.
Barron currently averages a team-high 9.8 rebounds per game and 3.2 assists per game.
Joining Barron on the All-Tournament Team, was USC sophomore forward Christina Marinacci, Princeton senior guard Addie Micir, Vanderbilt freshman guard Jasmine Lister, and Vanderbilt sophomore forward Tiffany Clarke. Vanderbilt went on to win the tournament against Princeton, 74, 68.
The Bobcats host Vermont on Wednesday, Dec. 1 at the TD Bank Sports Center at 3:00 p.m.
