pair of games with CCSU. The Bobcats won the first match-up, 76-75,
on a three-point buzzer beater by Felicia Barron at QU’s home
court on Jan. 15. A month later, QU fell to the Blue Devils, 61-58,
on the road.
Last Time Against CCSU
The Bobcats played Central Connecticut in their first of
two NEC Rivalry Week games on Saturday, Feb. 11 at the Detrick Gym.
Quinnipiac picked up a league win, 64-59, as Felicia Barron
registered a game-high 20 points and Brittany McQuain pulled down a

Bobcats’ 12th win at a court besides home this season.

Believe In Barron
Junior Felicia Barron has tallied a team-leading and

QU’s Felicia Barron continues to rule the nation in

the NCAA standings for individual game-highs. Overall, Barron has
made at least one steal in all 24 games this year and has compiled
110 steals on the year. Barron broke the QU Division I
Single-Season record for steals as Erin Kerner previously led the
category with 78 steals during the 2005-06 season.
National Standings

Despite the drop, the Bobcats continue to lead all NEC teams in the
NCAA’s RPI standings. Last week, QU stood in the
57th position in the national standings.
Come Together
Six Bobcats have put together more than 100 points this
year, including two freshmen in Jasmine Martin (256) and Samantha
Guastella (142). All of which, are shooting above the 35-percent
mark from the floor.

shooting better than their opponents this season. Quinnipiac is
also undefeated when playing on a Saturday, 9-0.

69.7 points per game, while their scoring margin of +6.3 ranks
second. Felicia Barron ranks second in the league and in the top-50
of the national rankings with 17.9 ppg. Jasmine Martin (10.7 ppg)
and Brittany McQuain (10.5 ppg), the Bobcats second and third
leading scorers, also rank in the top-25 of the NEC in scoring.
Bobcats On The Boards
Quinnipiac remains the NEC’s leading team in
rebounding with 42.2 boards per outing. The Bobcats have collected
at least 50 rebounds in three outings this season. Brittany McQuain
leads the Bobcats’ rebounding efforts with 9.5 rpg, which
also ranks third amongst NEC opponents and in the top-50 of the
national standings.

is second in assists per game (15.04). The team’s scoring
margin of +6.3 is also second in the league.

Bobcats have lost a game this season when leading at the half.
Quinnipiac is now 13-1 when outscoring opponents at halftime after
picking up another NEC win at CCSU.

any court besides the Bobcats’ home arena, the most since the
1983-84 season when Quinnipiac won 13-straight road games. After
winning at CCSU, the Bobcats are now 11-2 on the road and 1-0 in
neutral games.
