Meet The Quinnipiac Women's Basketball Freshmen: Katie Carroll
Forward from Westlake, Ohio
The 2012-2013 basketball season is still months away, but it is never too early to get to know the new additions to the squad. The Bobcats have three new eager faces joining the team: Katie Carroll, Adily Martucci, and Maria Napolitano. This is Part 1 of a 3 Part series dedicated to getting to know the newest members of the Bobcat family.
Katie Carroll Snapshot:
Carroll is a 6-foot 1-inch forward from Westlake, Ohio and a recent grad from Westlake High School. Katie's long arms and impressive vertical give her a strong presence on the boards, while her versatility and hard work make her a force to be reckoned with on the defensive end. Carroll not only shines on the court but in the classroom as well. Switching her intended major from Biology to Engineering, Katie will earn a spot on the inaugural student roster for the Engineering program here at Quinnipiac.
