Women's Golf Plays In 5th Annual Roar-EE Invitational Hosted By Columbia University

The Quinnipiac University women's golf team will travel to Suffern, N.Y. to play in the fifth annual Roar-EE Invitational hosted by Columbia University at Spook Rock Golf Course in Suffern, N.Y.

The Bobcats will play 18 holes on Friday, April 15 and Saturday, April 16.The 13-team field includes Albany, Boston University, Columbia, Dartmouth, Fairleigh Dickinson, Lehigh, Long Island University, Penn, Sacred Heart, Siena, Towson and Wagner.

Quinnipiac and Sacred Heart will tee-off at 11:05 a.m., just after Wagner and Boston University start the day at 10:30 a.m. Dartmouth, Siena and Albany tee-off at 11:40 a.m., followed by Columbia, Towson and Lehigh at 12:32 p.m. Finally, Fairleigh Dickinson, Long Island and Penn hit the links at 1:17 p.m.

Amanda Nagel (Greenwood, Minn.) has paced the Bobcats through their first season of competition. At last weekend's Brown Invitational, Nagel shot a career-best of Sunday, April 11 before besting her 18-hole total by five strokes on Monday, April 12.
