Lambrou's 11-Stroke Improvement Highlights Second Round Of Brown Bear Invitational
Quinnipiac women's golf freshman Taylor Lambrou (Baldwin, N.Y.) bounced from a team-low 99 on the first day of the Brown Bear Invitational to card an 88 for the second round for an 11-stroke improvement. Lambrou finished with a 187 for the tournament.

Strong Showing for Krissy Unger Paces Bobcats on Day One of Brown Bear Invitational
Freshman Krissy Unger (New York, N.Y.) finished the first day of the Brown Bear Invitational tied for 25th out of a field of 84 to lead the Quinnipiac University women's tennis team. The Bobcats sit tied for 13th out of the 14-team field and will look to climb the leader board in the final day of the tournament tomorrow.

Kayla Ketcheson (St. Andrews, Manitoba) led the way for the Bobcats on Friday afternoon as the Quinnipiac University women’s golf team competed in the seventh annual Roar-ee Invitational at the Spook Rock Golf Course. The event, hosted by Columbia University, witnessed rainy conditions all morning, sometimes extremely heavy, but 18 holes were able to be played in Suffern, N.Y.

Freshman Jenn Whaley (Avon, Conn.) followed a birdie on the 14th hole at the Hanover Country Club with the first eagle in Quinnipiac women's golf history at the Dartmouth Invitational in Hanover, N.H. While official results and scores are not available, Quinnipiac finished at a combined 329, which stands as the all-time best team round in program history.

Quinnipiac women’s golf freshmen Krissy Unger (New York, N.Y.) and Jenn Whaley (Avon, Conn.) turned in a pair of stellar performances to complete their first collegiate competition as the Bobcats finished 14th out of 18 teams at the Tignanelli Towson Invitational at the Towson Golf and Country Club in Phoenix, Md. Unger finished at +19 for the tournament, tied for 33rd, while Whaley completed play at +20 and tied for 35th.
