Last Time Out

Junior fullback Krystin Orrico's (Cranford, N.J.) penalty kick in the final minutes of regulation gave the Bobcats' its only three points of the afternoon. Junior Lauren Doyle ran in a game-high five tries for the Panthers. The game between the two schools was the third meeting this season, marking the first three women's rugby contests between two Division I programs.
Kick Is Good
Orrico has now recorded three successful penalty kicks in the last two games played for the Bobcats.
Prior to Sunday's game against Eastern Illinois, Quinnipiac came away with an 11-11 tie against Stony Brook on Sunday, Oct. 23. This marked the first time all season that the Bobcats did not earn a victory when recording a double digit point total, as they have a perfect 3-0-1 record during such contests.
MetNY Regular Season Comes To A Close
The Bobcats, who finished their first full regular season with a 3-2-1 record in MetNY action, hold sole possession of third place in league play. Quinnipiac finished with the third best defense in the league, holding opponents to just 18.66 points per game.
