As a senior:
Was primarily used in doubles, pairing with Natalie Duckor
at No. 3 to go 5-5 in dual matches ... also won a doubles match
with Adrienne Markison at No. 2, defeating Hartford's Nicole Haynal
and Kaitlin Lennon, 8-2, on Feb. 27.
As a junior:
Won 12 matches, including eight singles matches...opened
the season with a pair of doubles wins alongside Natalie Duckor at
the Quinnipiac Invitational...found her greatest success of the
year at the Bucknell Round Robin, where won three consecutive
matches against players from Bucknell, Colgate and UConn to earn a
flight championship.
As a sophomore:
Saw increased success in doubles, earning 10 of her 11
wins with a partner.
As a freshman:
Made an immediate impact for the Bobcats in both singles
and doubles action ... stepped into the No. 6 spot in the
Quinnipiac lineup and earned Second-Team All-NEC accolades ...
Combined for 14 wins in singles and doubles.
Before Quinnipiac:
Played four years of varsity tennis, leading Academy
of the Holy Names to the Colonial Council Championship in her
junior and senior years ... was named team most improved player in
her sophomore and junior years before earning MVP as a
senior.
Personal:
Born in New York ... the daughter of Kathy and Francisco
Sarson ... has two siblings, Timmy and Erin Fiato ... an undeclared
