Labarthe ran her singles winning streak to six matches with a 7-5, 6-2 victory against Taysha Blessington at No. 3, while Viebrock won her fourth straight against Dara Lahens, 6-1, 6-2.
Steinert defeated Fatima Ouattara, 6-4, 6-2, at No. 5, while Cristescu took a point by default, as Long Island had no player for the sixth flight.
Long Island took the doubles point with wins at No. 1 and 2.
