As a Senior in 2014: Red-shirted the 2014 season.

As a Junior in 2013: One of the premier distance runners in the Northeast Conference as she starred in the 1500m finals with a 5th place finish, the best of her career in a conference championship with a time of 4:43.36…Ran in a total of three difference events, all of which were in the middle distance variety…Picked up a time of 5:04.00 in her only appearance in the one mile run at the Brown Invitational to place 6th out of 61 runners…Placed 5th overall out of 23 at the Fred Hardy Invite in the 3000m with a time of 10:21.86…Earned a 2nd place result out of 47 competitors with a time of 10:16.68 in the 3000m at the George Davis Invite…Ran a season-best time of 10:09.01 in the 3000m at the Yale Invitational to earn a 3rd place finish out of 17…Qualified for the 1500m finals at the NEC Championships with a season-high time of 4:43.33.

As a Sophomore in 2012: Ran primarily the 1500m events throughout the 2012 season and helped her team gain some points in the Northeast Conference Championship on May 6th with an eighth place finish out of 12 runners in the 1500m finals in which she ran a 4:48.74…Her preliminary time of 4:45.65 was good for ninth out of 31 which qualified her for the finals on May 6th…She established a new personal best the week after on May10 as her time of 4:43.91 at the New England Championships was good for a 14th place result out of 28 runners but it was the third-best among NEC participants… Combined with Becca White and Becca Stabile in the 4 x 800m relay at the NEC Championships who finished with a 9:19.71 which was good for third place overall out of 10 teams.Posted a 4:45.38 the week before the NEC Championships at Yale in the 1500m which was good for a personal best fourth place showing…Ran in two more 1500m events to start the season with one at the Fred Hardy Invitational (4:48.81, 12th place) and the other at the George Davis Invitational (4:49.73, 9th place)…Mixed in a 3000m in which she placed 10th at Brown with a time of 10:33.02 on April 14th…Also ran in one 800m event wherein she crossed the line in 2:23.86, good for 8th place out of 30 competitors.

As a Freshman in 2011: Ran at the UMass Invitational on April 9, where she finished the 1,500-meter run in 5:00.76…Competed in the 800-meter run at Richmond’s Fred Hardy Invite on March 25, crossing the finish line in 2:30.09.

Before Quinnipiac: Attended Simsbury High School where she was a four-year member of the girls cross country, track and field, and swimming and diving teams...Her cross country team was Class L Champions in 2006 and 2007, and was runner-up at the State Open in 2006...Helped the track team become Class L Champions in 2009...Was named All-Conference and All-State for three years, in 2007-2009, and was a New England qualifier in 2009....Was named All-Conference in 2009 and 2010 in track and qualified for States all four years...Was the 4x800 New England Champions in 2009 and the runner-up in 2010...Held the team record in the 4x800 relay...Led her high school swimming team to qualify for the State Trials in 2007, 2008, and 2010...Went to the State Finals in 2010....Was the 100 yard Backstroke Champion at the 2010 Splash Championships...Was named captain of both cross country and track in high school...Won the Elmer Vincent Award, Best in Track Award and Most Valuable Player Award in 2010...Also was a Connecticut High School Scholar-Athlete Award recipient as a Simsbury Scholar...Also a member of the National Honors Society.
