QU Women's Volleyball Falls in Weekend Finale to Canisius, 3-0
The Quinnipiac women's volleyball team dropped their second match of the weekend, falling to Canisius on Sunday by the score of 3-0. With the loss the Bobcats fall to 0-10 in MAAC play while the Golden Griffins improve to 5-4 in conference play.

QU Women's Volleyball Falls to Niagara, 3-0
The Quinnipiac Bobcats fell this afternoon to the Niagara Purple Eagles by dropping three straight sets losing 3-0. With the loss, the Bobcats are still looking for their first win in conference play and will look to get it tomorrow versus the Canisius Golden Griffins at 1 p.m. With the win Niagara improves to 4-4 in MAAC play.

QU Women's Volleyball Falls to Rider, 3-0
The Quinnipiac Bobcats fell in three straight sets to the Rider Broncs on Sunday afternoon. With the win, Rider improves to 6-1 in conference play while the Bobcats fall to a 0-8 record in the MAAC.

QU Women's Volleyball Falls in Final Set to St. Peter's, 3-2
The Quinnipiac Bobcats fell in the fifth and final set to Saint Peter’s in a heartbreaking loss. With the loss, Quinnipiac falls to 0-7 in the conference while Saint Peter’s improves to 2-4 in MAAC play. Despite winning the third set 25-23 to take a 2-1 match lead, the Bobcats would drop the last two sets to the Peacocks by the scores of 25-18 and 15-9 in the final set.

QU Women's Volleyball Heads to New Jersey for Two MAAC Games this Weekend
The Quinnipiac Bobcats will hit the road this weekend as they continue their six game road trip in New Jersey for two big MAAC matchups. On Saturday the Bobcats will take on Saint Peter's at 12 p.m. followed up on Sunday where they will wrap up the weekend with another big matchup at 1 p.m. against Rider. Quinnipiac is still searching for their first conference win of the season and will try to get it done this weekend.

QU Women's Volleyball Falls on the Road to Siena, 3-0
Quinnipiac women's volleyball was unable to get their payback against Siena on Wednesday night as the Bobcats fell for the second time against the Saints this week, 3-0. With the loss Quinnipiac drops to 0-6 in the conference while Siena continues their hot start in league play, improving to 6-1 in MAAC play.

QU Women's Volleyball Ready for Rematch Against Siena on Wednesday Night
The Quinnipiac Bobcats will play the Siena Saints for the second time in four days after falling to the Saints in Hamden by a score of 3-0. Now the Bobcats have the opportunity to play spoiler to one of the hottest teams in the MAAC when they get a chance for redemption taking on the Saints on their homecourt, the Alumni Recreation Center, in Loundonville, N.Y. on Wednesday at 7 p.m. The Bobcats have fared well in redemption games this season. After falling to Fairleigh Dickinson earlier this season, Quinnipiac was able to beat the Knights on their home court on Sept. 24th 3-2. They have done it before, now the Bobcats will try to do it again.

QU Women's Volleyball Home for MAAC Play This Weekend
The Quinnipiac Bobcats return home this weekend to play two crucial conference games. On Saturday, Oct. 4, the Bobcats will battle the Marist Red Foxes at 1 p.m. The following day the Bobcats will be in action on Oct. 5 as the take on the Siena Saints at 1 p.m. Both games will be huge for the Bobcats as they look to use their home court at Burt Kahn Court to their advantage and get some big wins in conference play.

The Bobcats fell in their MAAC matchup on Sunday to the Siena Saints by a score of 3-0. The Saints defeated the Bobcats, 25-22 25-17 and 25-23, to pick up the victory and improve to 5-1 in the MAAC while Quinnipiac drops to 0-5 in conference play.

QU Women's Volleyball Falls to MAAC Preseason Favorite Marist 3-0
The Bobcats fell in their opening game this weekend falling to the Marist Red Foxes, 3-0, in a conference matchup on Saturday from Burt Kahn Court. Despite playing the Red Foxes close in the final two sets, the Bobcats fell in three sets (25-15, 25-20, 25-21). With the loss, Quinnipiac drops to 2-14 and 0-4 in conference while Marist improves to 14-2 on the season and remains unbeaten in the MAAC with a 6-0 conference record.

QU Women's Volleyball Falls to Hartford, 3-0
The Quinnipiac University Bobcats fell to the University of Hartford Hawks on Sunday by a score of 3-0. In this away non-conference match the Bobcats lost in three sets to the Hawks 25-15, 25-21, and 25-16. With the win the Hawks improve to 10-7 on the season while the Bobcats fall to 2-13.

QU Women's Volleyball Falls to Fairfield 3-0
The Quinnipiac University Bobcats fell in their game Saturday afternoon to their in-state and MAAC rival Fairfield. The Bobcats lost the match 3-0 and fell 25-20, 25-16, and 25-18 in consecutive sets. Quinnipiac drops to 2-12 on the season with a 0-3 conference record while Fairfield improves to 6-8 and 2-2 in the conference. In the all-time series Quinnipiac drops to 0-4 vs. Fairfield.

QU Women's Volleyball Visits Fairfield and Hartford this weekend
This weekend the Quinnipiac Bobcats will travel instate to play two big games against the state's best. On saturday the Bobcats will play their rival, the Fairfield Stags, in a game for not only bragging rights but also a precious win in the MAAC Conference. On Sunday Quinnipiac will head north to the state capital to play the University of Hartford Hawks. Despite it being a non-conference game for the Bobcats, it still is a game for instate bragging rights. After this weekend the Bobcats hope they will be the best in Connecticut.

QU Women's Volleyball Completes Comeback Victory Over Fairleigh Dickinson, 3-2
The Quinnipiac women's volleyball team got a huge road victory against the Fairleigh Dickinson Knights on Wednesday night. After falling to the Knights on September 12th at the Friar Classic Tournament earlier this season, the Bobcats overcame a 2-1 deficit to get the win, 3-2. With a big conference game against the defending MAAC Champion Fairfield Stags this Saturday, Quinnipiac will look to use this momentum to play spolier on the road this weekend.

QU Women's Volleyball Heads to Fairleigh Dickinson for Rematch on Wednesday Night at 7:00 PM
The Quinnipiac women's volleyball team will head to New Jersey on Wednesday September 24th to take on the Fairleigh Dickinson Knights. This will be a chance for the Bobcats to get some payback after falling to the Knights eralier this season 3-2 in the Friar Classic in Providence. However, Quinnipiac played a great match against FDU the first time around and will look to carry that into this big road matchup.

QU Women's Volleyball's Comeback Bid Falls Short In 3-2 Loss To Iona
The Quinnipiac University women's volleyball forced a fifth set against Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference foe Iona, but ultimately fell, 3-2. Quinnipiac trailed 2-0 in the match before winning the third and fourth sets. The Bobcats drop to 1-11 overall and 0-2 in the MAAC while Iona improves to 4-9 overall and 1-1 in conference play.

QU Women's Volleyball Opens Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Play This Weekend At Home
After three road tournaments to start off the season, the Quinnipiac Bobcats will kick of MAAC Conference play at home this weekend. Quinnipiac hosts Manhattan College on Saturday, Sept. 20 followed by the backend of the weekend doubleheader on Sunday, Sept. 21. Both contests begin at 1 p.m. on Burt Kahn Court.

QU Women's Volleyball Falls to Manhattan in Conference Opener, 3-1
The Quinnipiac Bobcats opened MAAC play with a strong showing against the visiting Manhattan Jaspers, but saw its comeback bid fall short in a 3-1 loss at Burt Kahn Court on Saturday afternoon. After falling behind Manhattan 2-0, the Bobcats rebounded in the third set with a dominating 25-14 victory. In that set freshman Nicole Milillo (Lynbrook, N.Y.) had three service aces while Quinnipiac as a team had an impressive six service aces in the third set.

QU Women's Volleyball Visits Northbridge Health Care Center
The Quinnipiac women's volleyball team continues to give back to the community by visiting the Northbridge Health Care Center to spread some joy. As part of the Quinninpiac Athletic Department's Positive Play Initative, the Bobcats visited Northbridge located in Bridgeport, Conn. to bring some happiness to the elderly.

The Bobcats lost both games of their weekend doubleheader to close out the Friar Classic Tournament, falling to Morgan State and Providence by the score of (3-0) as they close out their early season non-conference schedule.

QU Women's Volleyball Falls in Heartbreaking Fashion to Fairleigh Dickinson, 3-2
After jumping out to a 2-0 lead in the match against the Fairleigh Dickinson Knghts it looked like Quinnipiac was on the the verge of their second victory of the season. Despite the lead and an early 4-1 lead in the third set, the Bobcats could not hold off a resilient FDU squad that stormed all the way back for a 3-2 victory in the first game in the Friar Classic Tournament.

QU Women's Volleyball Heads to Friar Classic This Weekend
The Bobcats will head up I-95 this weekend to Rhode Island to play a three game tournament at Providence College. For the third straight weekend, the Bobcats will play in a tournament with this one being their last one of the season. This will also be the last chance for the Bobcats to fine tune their roster before MAAC Conference play kicks off next weekend. Quinnipiac will look to gain some momentum from this weekend to propel them into conference play.

It was a tough end to a promising weekend for Quinnipiac as the Bobcats lost their doubleheader on Saturday afternoon to close out the Greyhound Invitational Tournament. The Bobcats would drop the first match to St. Francis (Pa.) 3-1 and were swept in the last game by Dartmouth 3-0.

QU Women's Volleyball Comeback Falls Short in 3-2 Loss to Loyola (Md.)
Baltimore, Md. – The Quinnipiac Bobcats opened up the Greyhound Invitational against the host Loyola Greyhounds. After a strong start and a comeback that forced a fifth, the Bobcats would ultimately fall to the Greyhounds 3-2.

QU Women's Volleyball to play in Greyhound Invitational this Weekend
The Bobcats will hit the road again this weekend as they go into their second tournament of the season. This could be a great opportunity for this young Bobcats squad as they play in three matchups against some good competition. Coming into the weekend both Loyola and Saint Francis remain winless on the season while Dartmouth will be kicking off their season in this tournament. Saturday could be a challenge for Quinnipiac as they play a double header back to back playing Dartmouth immediately after their first afternoon contest. However, if the Bobcats can get hot and play up to their potential, they could have a very successful weekend in Baltimore.

The Quinnipiac University women's volleyball team lost to UMass Lowell, 3-0, in the Bobcats home opener at Burt Kahn Court in Hamden, Conn. With the loss, Quinnipiac drops to 1-3 on the yeare while the River Hawks pick up their first win of the season to improve to 1-4.

QU Women's Volleyball Hosts UMass Lowell on Wednesday, Sept. 3 at 7 PM
After opening up the 2014 season in the Hofstra Asics Invitational Tournament, the Bobcats return to Connecticut to defend their home court against the River Hawks of UMass Lowell. Quinnipiac's home-opener will be at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 3 on the Burt Kahn Court on Quinnipiac's Mount Caramel campus. The Bobcats will be looking to win their home opener for the first time since 2011. This will also be the first time since 1997 that both teams have squared off against each other. In their last meeting the Bobcats beat the River Hawks (3-1)

Women’s Volleyball Opens 2014 Season This Weekend With Three Games an the Hofstra Asics Invitational
The Quinnipiac volleyball team will cross the Long Island Sound this weekend and begin their second season in the MAAC. Hoping to build off of last season, the Bobcats will kick of the 2014 season in the Hofstra Invitational by playing three games over a two-day period. Quinnipiac opens with Lafayette Friday afternoon and will play a double header Saturday starting with tournament host Hofstra at 12:30 and wrapping up at 5:00 against St. Francis Brooklyn.

QU Women's Volleyball Comes From Behind to Knock Off Lafayette, 3-2, In Season Opener
The Quinnipiac women's volleyball team kicked off the 2014 season with an incredible come-from-behind victory over the Lafayette Leopards, 3-2, at the Hofstra Invitational. The Bobcats fell behind early dropping the first two sets (25-20, 25-23) in this match but battled back taking the final three sets (25-21, 25-14, 15-11) to win the match. The incredible comeback marks the first win for the Quinnipiac women's volleyball team in a season opener in the Division I era (since 1998).

Women's Volleyball Picked Eighth in MAAC Preseason Coaches' Poll
The Quinnipiac University women's volleyball team was picked eighth in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Preseason Coaches' Poll, as announced by the league office on Thursday, August 7, 2014. The Bobcats will return 10 of 13 letterwinners from a year ago in which Quinnipiac was one of the youngest teams in the nation.

Women's Volleyball Finalizes Class of 2018 With Five Player Commitments
Quinnipiac University women's volleyball head coach Kris Czaplinski has officially announced the signing of five players that'll suit up for the Bobcats in the 2014 season. Sierra Dawson (Larkspur, Calif.), Elizabeth Kloos (Munster, Ind.), Nicole Milillo (Lynbrook, N.Y.), Cheyenne Orsi (Bristol, Conn.) and Jamie Termotto (Smithtown, N.Y.) will make up the Class of 2018. With just two senior departures from the 2013 squad and 10 letterwinners returning, Czaplinski's five additions give him a versatile and talented group prepared to make some noise in the Bobcats' second go-round in the MAAC.

Quinnipiac Women’s Volleyball Announces 2014 Schedule
Quinnipiac University women's volleyball coach Kristopher Czaplinski has announced the 31-match schedule for the upcoming 2014 season. The slate features 18 conference matchups via home-and-home series with each league member, as well as 13 non-conference contests involving three in-season tournaments.
