Before Quinnipiac: Was a four-year letter winner in cross country and track in high school...Led her team to District and League Championships for all four years, in 2006-2009...Was the 2006 State Runner-up and State Champions in 2007-2009...Finished in 15^th place at States in 2007 and 2008, while placing 25^th in 2009...Named Team Captain and Emmaus High School's Athlete of the Year in 2009...Made the Lehigh Valley Conference All-Star team for four-straight years...Ran with the Lehigh Valley Road Runners, where her team qualified for Nationals and she medaled all four years, in 2004-2007... Placed first and named an All-American at the 2007 National Championship...Her best 1600m: 5:06.5; best 3200m: 11:03.77; best 3000m: 10:31.72; and best 5k: 18.32.
