Free Fitness Classes
Enjoy classes such as yoga, Spinning, Bootcamp, pilates, Zumba, and Ugifit. All classes are free, and are taught by certified student instructors. More
Fitness Equipment and Training
Build stamina and strength with free weights; start a cardio workout on the treadmill, stepper or bike; or simply go for a run around the indoor track. You'll find the space and equipment you need at our two Fitness and Recreation Centers.
Fitness, Leisure and Wellness Courses
Earn academic credit while pursuing a fun and healthy group activity. Quinnipiac offers a range of one- to three-credit classes, including boxing, indoor rock climbing, canoeing, golf, martial arts and more. Check CourseFinder for a full list and class descriptions.
Whether you're out to win, or just out to have fun, Quinnipiac's intramural teams can put you on the field with more than 20 sports, including: touch football, dodgeball, soccer, volleyball, basketball, softball and tennis. More
Fun and fitness don't end at the campus gates! Hikers can enjoy the beautiful scenery of nearby Sleeping Giant Mountain, and Campus Recreation can recommend running and jogging routes. Golf courses, pools, skating rinks and riding stables are also available at area recreational facilities.
Not feeling quite so athletic? Join us for fun events such as salsa, tap dance, weightlifting competitions and country line dancing, or learn how to feel your best at a wellness event. More
